Enjoy faster Mobile Banking access with biometrics
Biometric login is now available for members with a supported Apple or Android device. You may activate facial recognition or thumbprint authentication to log into ICEFCU’s Mobile Banking app.
In your phone settings, make sure you’ve registered your face or fingerprint in the ‘Touch ID & Passcode’ or ‘Biometrics & Security’ section.
If you already have access to the ICEFCU Mobile banking app, you will need to add the Biometrics. It is as easy as 1, 2, 3!
Make sure you know the answers to your security questions!
1. You will login using your Account number, password and uncheck the Remember Me option then answer the security question. Log off.
2. Log into the Mobile banking app again using you Account number, password and check the Remember Me option then answer the security question. Log off.
3. Log into Mobile banking app again and click on Yes to enable Touch ID or Face ID*.
*When you enable Touch ID or Face ID log on, any fingerprint or face stored on your device, now or in the future, can be used to log on to the ICEFCU Mobile Banking App. You should only enable Touch ID or Face ID if you’re the only person who has registered fingerprints or face to your device.
